III. Work Steps
◆ After the turntable decelerates, the clamping cylinder actuates, the clamping plate rises, and the stretch film wraps around the clamping plate and the pallet together.
◆ When the turntable stops rotating, the swing arm cylinder moves. After the swing arm cylinder reaches its position, the magnetic switch sends an electrical signal, the clamping cylinder moves, the clamping plate stands up and clamps the stretch film. Then the film-blowing cylinder moves, pressing the stretch film onto the goods through the sponge tube on the rocker arm. At the same time, the heating wire is energized to cut the stretch film.
◆ When the swing arm returns to its original position, the magnetic switch of the swing arm cylinder sends an electrical signal, the diaphragm cylinder actuates, and the swing arm returns to its original position.
◆ The new pallet is fed into the turntable, which rotates, and after 2-3 turns of wrapping, clamps 1 and 2 simultaneously return to their original positions. The tightly clamped stretch film is then released. The above steps are repeated after the pallet is fully packaged.
